When my husband, Paul Jennings, was invited on a Canadian tour with Scotland’s Shooglenifty this year we were delighted. Not only have we listened to Shooglenifty’s high-energy, Celtic based tunes for many years, but for Paul the group significantly influenced his early career as a professional drummer & percussionist in Scotland.
Starting in Vancouver and threading our way through some of Canada’s most breathtaking landscapes, including Glacier, Yoho, and Banff, this folk music tour was a fantastic way to bring summer to a close. Enjoy.
